Armoloy Coating proves to be value added applied to various critical tooling and production parts , providing the following capabilities and features:
Low temperature application - Applied at 135 Degrees F , distortion and or reduction of basis metal body hardness is completely eliminated.
Precise application - commercial standard applications of Armoloy Coating are 0.0001 - 0.0003 " per side - with accuracy range capability of + / - 0.000025 ". Eliminating the need for pre or post added machining or preparation labor. The parts arrive ready for use.
Renewable - Armoloy can be stripped and recoated repeatedly , extending the life
of critical tooling or parts far beyond design expectations.
Detail duplication - Armoloy will not bridge over the surface of the basis material, entering and coating the slightest of surface detailing.
